Some of my earliest memories are of watching my uncle paint and seeing a blank canvas slowly come alive in his hands. That fascination grew into graphic design, illustration, 3D and motion before eventually bringing me to product design. Somewhere along the way, I also studied IT, which turned out to be surprisingly useful for someone who now spends a lot of time arguing with software about how software should work.

Over the last several years, I’ve worked mostly on SaaS, automation, conversational products and AI-native experiences. I tend to gravitate toward products with messy logic underneath them, especially the kind that need to feel simple without actually being simple.

What I enjoy most is figuring out how all the pieces fit together. The interaction, the system behind it, the edge cases nobody thought about yet and the tiny details most people will never consciously notice. Unfortunately, I usually notice them.

Outside work, I still play around with 3D 🧊 and motion 🎞️, travel whenever I can ✈️ and automate an unreasonable number of things at home 🤖. Some of them are even useful. Bayern Munich ⚽ also gets far more influence over my mood than any football club reasonably should. Add a soft spot for technology and cars 🚗 and there is usually an excuse to build, tweak or over-engineer something that was probably perfectly fine already.
